I'm headed back to the reservation for a few days;
not to work for HFH,
but to just 'be' with friends;
to celebrate the Lakota culture,
to hear the drums,
watch the dancers
and, if so inclined,
to eat fried food on a stick!
There may be star quilts involved;
farm implements will definitely
impede our progress at times.
I'll be back when the call of open spaces loses its hold on me ...
as if that's likely to happen.
